Get Approved
Create Account and Sign Agreement
To subscribe, you’ll create an account, complete a quick affordability assessment, and sign your subscription agreement. The process is designed to confirm subscriptions fit your budget, not stretch it.

What we need: Name, email, phone number, and ID number.
Why: We use this information to create your account and verify your identity.
Bank Account Verification
What we need: Secure link to your bank (read-only)
Why: This allows us to verify ownership of the bank account
Affordability Assessment
What we check: Income and expenses (automated analysis, no uploads needed)
Why: Ensures payments fit your budget without financial pressure
Your privacy: Data encrypted, never shared. No credit score impact.
Sign Your Subscription Agreement
What you’re agreeing to: Your term, monthly amount, and terms

Payment
What we need: Make your first month’s payment using a debit or credit card.
Why: Activates your subscription. We will charge this card automatically each month.

Once approved, the merchant will prepare your equipment for delivery. You’ll receive an order confirmation with tracking details. Your gear arrives ready to play.

Can I collect in-store instead?
Yes, you can arrange in-store pickup at SA Golf Online’s Johannesburg location during checkout.
What is Subzz Protect?
Normal wear and tear is expected. For significant damage, wear from excessive use, damage or loss, Subzz Protect (included with every subscription) will cover the repair or replacement of the product. Note that claims may incur an admin fee.

Renew Your Subscription
Love what you have? Extend your term for another 12, 18, or 24 months.
Return Process
Schedule via your dashboard Pack gear securely (we send instructions) Courier pickup (state if free or cost) or in-store drop-off Equipment inspected for normal wear (cosmetic issues fine; functional damage may incur fees if not covered by Subzz Protect)
